Employer Settles EEOC Suit Alleging It Pressured Pregnant Nursing Assistant To Quit

In an article published by HR Dive, Randy Gepp was quoted regarding pregnancy bias claims. 

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) said that Title VII, the Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA), forbids discrimination against pregnant employees and requires the same reasonable accommodations be given them as other employees. According to Mr. Gepp, if an employer offers reasonable accommodations to other employees, the same treatment must be given to pregnant employees.
