John Rezac is a Partner with the Atlanta, Georgia firm of Taylor English Duma LLP. Mr. Rezac represents businesses in commercial matters, focusing in the areas of Creditors’ Rights and Commercial Bankruptcy.

Practicing law since 1996, John has worked with large and small business entities, including major institutional lenders, real estate developers and landlords, manufacturers, leasing companies and service providers, as well as court-appointed receivers, bankruptcy trustees and creditors’ committees, in contract disputes, collection actions, asset recovery, loan workouts, lien priority disputes and other commercial disputes and litigation.
