Taylor English partner Lauren Einhorn represented the Seller, 1776 FTL, LLC, in the sale of a multimillion-dollar 20,000 SF Office Building on 0.67 Acres in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Parallel, one of the largest multistate cannabis operators in the U.S., occupies 3,898 SF at this property.
In 2021, Einhorn also represented ownership in the acquisition of the property and financing from Surety Bank, which was challenging due to the nature of the tenancy, municipal hurdles and approvals needed for Medical Marijuana Treatment Center’s within the City limits of Fort Lauderdale. This is one of five medical marijuana dispensaries permitted due to the city’s law, which allows one dispensary in each City Commission district.
