Lauren Einhorn is a partner in Taylor English’s Real Estate Department and is based in South Florida. Ms. Einhorn has more than a decade of experience in real estate. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions involving the acquisition, financing, and development of real estate projects, including office buildings, retail, multifamily, and industrial projects with a specialization in the cannabis sector. Ms. Einhorn regularly represents developers, investors, lenders, REIT’s and individuals.
Ms. Einhorn also has extensive experience in corporate compliance, title, and litigating in both state and federal courts. She represents private equity firms, investors, national mortgage lenders, and servicers in the acquisition and disposition of loans, financial services disputes and title resolution.
Prior to joining Taylor English, Ms. Einhorn was a partner in a national multi-practice law firm. She combines extensive transactional, litigation, compliance and title experience, giving her clients the advantage of an attorney capable of understanding more than just the legal implications of a transaction or matter in litigation. Outside of the practice of law, Ms. Einhorn is a licensed real estate agent.
