NLRB Acting GC Moving Quickly To Usher In Pro-Labor Shift

On February 9, 2021, Law360 quoted Peter Spanos in an article discussing the National Labor Relations Board's acting general counsel's, Peter Sung Ohr, quick actions nixing legal guidance from his predecessor, showing that the Biden administration is taking steps to enact a sweeping pro-labor agenda that will have profound practical effects.

Just over a week into his new role, Ohr rescinded several memos issued by former general counsel Peter Robb between 2017 and his firing on Inauguration Day. Ohr promised additional policy changes in the "near future."
