"State Bar of Georgia Ethics Update," Annual 2018 Corporate IP Institute

On October 23, 2018, Jeff Kuester spoke on, “State Bar of Georgia Ethics Update,” at the 12th Annual Corporate IP Institute. His session provided an update on The Office of General Counsel (OGC) for the State Bar of Georgia which has expanded investigative powers and new jurisdiction to initiate disciplinary grievances against attorneys. The Lawyer Assistance Program was also discussed which has added a new Peer Program to assist attorneys.
