Brynda Rodriguez Insley

Brynda Rodriguez Insley brings more than 35 years of experience as a seasoned civil defense litigation attorney with a particular emphasis on complex and catastrophic personal injury claims. Ms. Insely has extensive experience in defending claims involving professional malpractice, sexual undue familiarity, security premises, day care, youth and social services, transportation and trucking, product liability, medical device, and a broad range of other general liability areas. She serves as Outside General Counsel to a long-term care organization with facilities in four different states. Ms. Insley also represents health care providers before their licensing and administrative boards. She defends cases throughout Georgia, and she is frequently consulted by her clients on matters throughout the United States. She has tried dozens of cases to successful conclusion over her three decades of law practice.

Ms. Insley successfully co-owned her law firm for more than 20 years before merging her law practice and team with Taylor English. During her tenure, this boutique law firm grew to be one of the more successful litigation firms in the Atlanta market and one of the better known insurance defense firms.

Representative of her work, Ms. Insley is a frequent lecturer and speaker on litigation topics.

In her free time, Ms. Insley trains as an amateur ballroom dancer, and has earned multiple titles as International Standard Ballroom Dance Champion throughout the United States.
