As part of its strategic expansion plan to better serve the Central Florida community, Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Chase Carpenter as a partner based out of Tampa.

Carpenter joins the firm from the Law Offices of Moffa, Sutton, & Donnini, P.A., in Tampa, where he was a partner in its business law division. He co-founded Carpenter Gandhi PLLC and previously served as Associate General Counsel for a corporation in the healthcare industry. Carpenter will work in Taylor English’s Corporate Practice Group, where he will showcase over a decade of experience navigating complex legal challenges in business and real estate law.

Carpenter is a seasoned realtor and has experience managing high-value real estate and business transactions, such as acquisitions, sales, leasing, and complex financing. A skilled litigator, he represents clients in contract disputes, zoning challenges, and property access issues.
