Nils Okeson Joins Taylor English’s Litigation Practice Group in Atlanta

ATLANTA, GA – [January 8, 2025] – Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that Nils Okeson has joined the Litigation Practice Group as an Associate. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Okeson specializes in litigation and negotiation, with a focus on insurance defense litigation.

Okeson’s experience in insurance defense litigation includes handling jury trials in federal, superior, and state courts. His legal proficiency extends to appellate briefs, mediations, depositions, motion arguments, and trial practice, underscoring his versatility and legal expertise.

Beyond insurance defense, Okeson has significant experience in contract and business litigation. He has successfully managed and won numerous jury and bench trials, conducted complex depositions, and negotiated settlements, both inside and outside of mediation.
