ATLANTA, GA – [November 12, 2024] – Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that Arjay Parhar has joined the firm as an associate in the Intellectual Property (IP) Practice Group. Based in Washington state, Mr. Parhar brings extensive experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications across a range of innovative sectors, including medical devices, automotive technology, green technology, and aerospace.
In his practice, Mr. Parhar manages complex patent families and oversees office actions, amendments, and prior art analysis, which positions him as a valuable resource for clients protecting their intellectual property globally. Mr. Parhar’s experience includes developing patent strategies for markets such as Japan, India, and Italy. He prepares claim charts, conducts infringement analyses, and issues cease-and-desist letters to defend clients’ IP rights.
Mr. Parhar earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine, School of Law. During law school, he worked with the Intellectual Property, Arts, and Technology Clinic, where he helped publish the Rap on Trial Practice Guide and conducted fair use analysis for low-income filmmakers.
