ATLANTA, GA (September 24, 2024) – Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce that Devon Griger has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as an associate in the Litigation practice group. Griger brings a wealth of experience in the construction industry, representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Her practice focuses on resolving disputes related to large construction and infrastructure projects, including breach of contract, delay, disruption, and construction defect claims.
Before joining Taylor English, Griger was a key member of a nationally ranked construction practice, where she gained significant experience in alternative dispute resolution, including high-stakes mediation and arbitration. In addition, she served as a commercial litigation associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where she managed complex litigation matters from the initial client consultation through settlement.
“Devon’s extensive experience with construction litigation and her skills in mediation and arbitration will be an incredible asset to our team,” said Mark Carter, Co-Chair of the firm’s Litigation practice group. “We are excited to welcome her to the firm as we continue to strengthen our construction and litigation practices.”
Griger’s skills extend to all aspects of discovery and trial preparation, including conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, and preparing written pleadings, motions, and briefs. Her background in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution makes her a valuable addition to the firm’s growing litigation team. Her arrival marks the fourth attorney Taylor English has added to its team in recent weeks.
