Presentation on Supreme Court Copyright Decision to be Delivered at Nov. 9 Cobb County Bar Association Meeting

I've accepted the gracious invitation from the Business Law and Litigation Section of the Cobb County Bar Association to speak at that Section's November meeting, which will occur on Thursday, November 9 at noon at Murph's, located at the Cobb Galleria Conference Center, 1 Galleria Parkway, Atlanta 30339.

The presentation will address the Supreme Court's copyright fair use decision in Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. v. Goldsmith (May 18, 2023). Copies (authorized!) of my Georgia Bar Journal article discussing Warhol will comprise the written material to be distributed for this presentation.
