I am excited to announce that Taylor English will be hosting the Georgia Manufacturing Alliance’s next Educational Lunch & Learn, a panel discussion titled, “Construction During Challenging Times: Building Manufacturing Facilities and Other Industrial Projects During a Construction Boom and Ongoing Supply Chain Disruptions.”  The event will take place on Tuesday, August 29, from 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM ET.

I will be presenting alongside David Nance, Senior Project Manager at Choate Construction Company, as we discuss important considerations for structuring construction contracts and construction project management for industrial projects in the current market.  Attendees will get an overview of the key players in a construction project, the different types of construction contracts, associated project risks, and the impact of current market conditions on industrial projects.  We will also examine some of the complexities involved in contracting for and managing industrial projects and offer valuable tips to help mitigate potential challenges.
