Taylor English Continues Expansion in South Florida with the Addition of Litigation Partner in Miami

MIAMI

(May 11, 2023) – An experienced Miami-based partner has joined Taylor English Duma LLP, firm leaders announced today. Christopher D. Cathey joined the firm’s Litigation Department as a partner.

Cathey represents clients in a variety of litigation matters both in and out of the courtroom, including financial services, real estate, corporate, and creditors rights. He is also experienced in resolving directors’ and officers’ liability, employment, non-competition, and trade secret claims. Cathey partners with individuals and organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to entrepreneurial businesses to resolve their matters effectively and efficiently.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Cathey was a shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale office of an AmLaw 200 firm. He earned his JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
