"Why Are Foster Kids Sleeping in Offices?," The American Enterprise Institute

On Monday, January 30, partner Tom Rawlings joined a panel discussion hosted by The American Enterprise Institute (AEI) on, ""Why Are Foster Kids Sleeping in Offices?".

The panel discussed the reasons behind and solutions to the congregate care crisis happening nationwide.

Rawlings shared that most of the children sleeping in offices in Georgia have an untreated mental health issue and have suffered neglect. Thus, policymakers should create specialized programs for children with specific behavioral health needs.
