"Construction Law for the General Practitioner," State Bar of Georgia

On February 10, 2023, partner Henry Quillian chaired the State Bar of Georgia "Construction Law for the General Practitioner" seminar. Taylor English partner Mark Carter also presented at the full-day seminar. 

Carter presented on, "Bonding Requirements, Bonds, Bond Claims and the Prompt Payment Act." Quillian joined a panel discussion covering, "Issues to Consider in Connection with Arbitrating Disputes and Practical Tips for Presenting Arbitrations." Together, the pair presented a session on "Georgia's Right to Repair Act and What it Means to Your Clients."

The seminar also covered:
