Taylor English Continues Growth with Addition of Experienced Litigator

Atlanta, Ga.

(August 17, 2022) – Taylor English Duma LLP announced today the addition of Catherine Banich, who rejoins the firm. Based in Atlanta, Banich will practice with the firm’s litigation practice group. Banich rejoins a growing Taylor English team. Last month, the firm announced the addition of five attorneys across five different states, a testament to the firm’s commitment to hiring the most talented and seasoned attorneys across the United States.

Banich serves as Senior Counsel with the litigation practice group. She focuses on complex and catastrophic personal injury claims and defends cases throughout Georgia in state and federal court. She has more than 25 years of experience defending claims involving child care, premises liability, general aviation accidents, transportation and trucking, lender liability, and a broad range of other general liability areas. She earned her law degree from Emory University School of Law and also earned her undergraduate degree at Emory. Banich is a member of the International Law and Labor & Employment Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia.

Taylor English recently announced plans to open the first physical office spaces outside of the Atlanta headquarters. One office will be located in Miami, Florida and the other in Orlando, Florida. The firm is in the process of bolstering its presence in both South Florida and Mid-Florida.
