Taylor English Welcomes Partner Brynda Rodriguez Insley to the Firm's Insurance Defense Practice

ATLANTA, March 19, 2019 – 

Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce the expansion of its insurance defense practice with the addition of partner Brynda Rodriguez Insley.

Partner Brynda Rodriguez Insley brings more than 30 years of experience as a seasoned civil defense litigation attorney with a particular emphasis on complex and catastrophic personal injury claims. She has extensive experience in defending claims involving professional malpractice, sexual undue familiarity, security premises, transportation and trucking, construction, product liability, medical device, employment and a broad range of other general liability areas. She serves as Outside General Counsel to a long-term care organization with facilities in 4 different states. Ms. Insley also represents health care providers before their licensing and administrative boards. She defends cases throughout Georgia, and she is frequently consulted by her clients on matters throughout the United States. She has tried dozens of cases to successful conclusion over her three decades of law practice. She was previously named a Rainmaker by Diversity & The Bar, and successfully co-owned her law firm for more than 20 years before merging her law practice and team with Taylor English in order to better service her clients and expand her platform. Insley graduated magna cum laude from St. Louis University and earned her law degree at Emory University.
