Managing Intellectual Property Recognizes Intellectual Property Practice, Names Partners Amanda Groover Hyland and Jeff Kuester as 2022 IP Stars

Additionally, partners Amanda Groover Hyland and Jeff Kuester were named to Managing Intellectual Property’s – IP Stars (2022), a highly respected guide to intellectual property law firms and practitioners around the world.

Ms. Hyland was recognized as a trademark star both nationally and in Georgia, and Mr. Kuester was recognized as a patent star both nationally and in Georgia. Additionally, Ms. Hyland was one five attorneys in the state of Georgia to be nominated as the 2021 Practitioner of the Year Award for litigation.

Mr. Kuester is Taylor English’s Patent Practice Group Leader. He handles all types of intellectual property issues, including litigation, preparation and counseling. Mr. Kuester is ranked as one of the top 100 lawyers in Georgia and as one of the top 1,000 patent attorneys in the world. As a registered patent attorney, he has been preparing and prosecuting patents for about 30 years, and also has extensive trademark and copyright experience.
