Why Preserving Electronically Stored Information Matters

In an article published by Construction Executive, Natalie Mark discusses what is electronically stored information (ESI) and why should ESI matter. All construction executives should know and understand ESI in order to preserve it because sanctions can be imposed on executives and their company for failing to preserve ESI.

Natalie's practice focuses on counseling clients in all aspects of commercial litigation including discovery. While she handles litigation across several industries, she concentrates heavily on the construction industry.

Many construction companies are using IoT as well as artificial intelligence to monitor safety at a construction site. Security surveillance cameras are placed around the construction site but software has been added to that security surveillance system so that the cameras can detect certain images that depict an unsafe environment.
