The session will explore the social equity side of marijuana, as well as compliance with the constantly emerging and changing marijuana-related laws that affect employers and their workers. Attendees will learn how to implement and track issues that affect workplace safety and employer liability, and understand how to assess risks and opportunities related to servicing clients in the cannabis industry.
