Taylor English Seeks National Growth While Keeping Hybrid Approach

In a recent interview with the Daily Report, Marc Taylor discussed the firm's hybrid working model and growth plans for 2022. Taylor English plans to go “market by market” to identify attractive locations and place physical offices in those places.

“We are probably over-invested in Atlanta, given post-pandemic work habits and what we’ve learned over the past two years about having a hybrid model. But we’re underleveraged in markets that look like Atlanta. That’s where we’re turning our attention to in 2022,” said Taylor.

The firm is currently looking at locations in Florida, including Tampa and Jacksonville, but eventually plans to expand nationwide, with aggressive growth goals over the next three to five years.

With no plans to require attorneys to return to the office, the firm is looking to have a more purposeful approach to work, bringing people together when possible, either in person or virtually.
