Allen W. Nelson is co-founder of t|e General Counsel at Taylor English, a fractional general counsel practice. t|e General Counsel focuses on providing support to start-ups, early/growth stage companies and mid-sized organizations. Companies best suited for this offering are those that could benefit from experienced legal counsel advising their management teams, but are not quite ready to hire a full-time general counsel.

Taylor English has become increasingly focused on the tech space over the last few years and began working with Tech Alpharetta to stay engaged and focused on the needs of the community.

“The Alpharetta Technology ecosystem is unique,” said Nelson “We wanted to support what Tech Alpharetta is doing and find synergies to work together. I’ve learned that the work being done there is incredible with so many great companies involved.”

Nelson believes that as the tech ecosystem continues to evolve, more and more companies will come to Alpharetta to do business. “The infrastructure in Alpharetta is excellent and offers a lot of options for companies of all stages. We’re excited about the continuous possibilities for growth,” Nelson shared.
