"Advanced M&A Issues and Techniques," Clear Law Institute

On Wednesday, May 8, 2019, attorney Jonathan Wilson participated in the clear Law Institute's Advanced M&A Issues and Techniques webinar. The webinar discussed issues faced when advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, and offer techniques for managing such issues. Additionally, attendees learned how to identify issues where subject matter consultants may be required, including IP, environmental, tax and ERISA. Tax issues that drive transaction structure and alternative approaches to negotiating transaction structures were also discussed.
