Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce the addition of three attorneys. Christopher T. Wilson joins as a partner and Tae-Seung Lee as an associate in the firm's Corporate and Business practice. Jonathan D. Crumly, Sr. joins as counsel in the Construction practice.

Christopher T. Wilson
Wilson brings extensive experience with mergers and acquisitions and capital investments. His background as a former banker for Bank of America, N.A. gives him keen insight when representing borrowers and lenders in a variety of financial transactions, both secured and unsecured. He counsels clients in matters related to real estate financing, acquisition financing, asset-based financing, leveraged finance transactions, factoring, leasing and loan facilities for letters of credit.
Wilson earned his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, his M.B.A. from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Georgia State University.
Tae-Seung Lee
Lee brings unique experience as a junior sales trader at Morgan Stanley, where he handled multiple high-volume accounts and helped hedge funds in New York, London and Sydney invest in Northeast Asian markets. Fluent in Korean, Lee served as a U.S. Army officer and was the official interpreter in Korea-U.S. Joint Staff Security Talks on North Korean nuclear issues. For his contributions, he received the Army Commendation Medal. He is also a professional boxer.
Lee earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University and his law degree from Emory University.
Jonathan D. Crumly, Sr.
Crumly is an accomplished construction attorney. He has more than 20 years of experience handling construction disputes as well as negotiating and drafting design and construction contracts for developers, contractors and design professionals. He has defended and prosecuted all types of construction-related claims, including delay, interference and acceleration claims, extended overhead claims, and claims of defective construction and defective design. On the transactional side, Crumly has extensive experience with joint venture agreements, design-build, general contractor and construction management contracts, architectural and engineering agreements, and program management agreements. Prior to joining Taylor English, Crumly served as general counsel for LakePoint Sports, a mixed-use development creating the premier sports vacation destination. In that role, he drafted, negotiated and provided legal support for all sports operations, hospitality developments, retail developments, entertainment developments, construction and design contracts from infrastructure and vertical construction.
Crumly earned his undergraduate degree from Wofford College and his law degree from the University of Georgia.
