Taylor English Brings Former Popeyes GC To The Table In Ga.

On August 14, 2020, in an article published by Law360, Sonny Cohen discusses his addition to Taylor English, where he joins the corporate practice. Cohen explained that he likes how Taylor English treats its clients and that it has a large number of former GCs and in-house attorneys.

Prior to joining Taylor English, Cohen spent the last three years independently consulting for private equity-owned businesses in the restaurant, franchising and retail industries. Before that, Cohen spent 22 years with Popeyes until it was bought for $1.8 billion in 2017 by Restaurant Brands International.
