Taylor English is pleased to announce the addition of R. Wayne Bond as a partner in the Litigation practice group. Mr. Bond joins the firm from Seyfarth Shaw LLP where he focused his practice on complex commercial litigation and class action cases in state and federal courts across the country.

Mr. Bond often deals with complex matters including breach of contract, corporate shareholder and partnership disputes, corporate liability, false advertising, professional malpractice and government investigations. Throughout his career, Mr. Bond has represented clients in high-profile, media intensive cases and effectively managed confidential matters.
Mr. Bond has defended civil lawsuits with individual plaintiffs seeking over $100 million each and class action plaintiffs seeking $1.5 billion. He has represented companies in state and federal cases involving fraud and Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) violations committed by employees and vendors. Additionally, he has experience with shareholder derivative and securities litigation matters in arbitration and litigation proceedings before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and state and federal courts.
Mr. Bond has been named as a Leading Lawyer for Business in Commercial Litigation by Chambers USA. He is also listed among Georgia Super Lawyers, Atlanta Magazine’s Top Attorneys in Georgia and the Atlanta Journal Constitution’s Top Rated Attorneys.
Outside of work, Mr. Bond is on the board of directors for Lifework Leadership Atlanta and for the Atlanta International Arbitration Society. He has also been actively involved with the Johnson Ferry Baptist Church and the Havenbrook Homeowner’s Association.
Mr. Bond earned his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw College and his law degree from the University of Georgia.
