Taylor English Presented With Construction Lawyers Society of America Award

Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce its recent recognition with the Construction Lawyers Society of America’s (CLSA) Law Firm Award. The honor was accepted by partner Natalie Mark at the CLSA International Conference & Induction of Fellows in September. The recognition profiles excellence in construction law. Winners are selected based upon independent research by the society and input from CLSA Fellows who sit on the CLSA Law Firm Awards Committee.

“We are thankful for CLSA's recognition of our construction team as it reflects the leadership that we strive to demonstrate on behalf of our clients in the industry every day,” said Marc Taylor, a founding partner of Taylor English. “Our unique structure gives us the ability to serve the broad range of legal needs that are specific to the construction sector. We're incredibly honored to be included among an impressive list of law firms.”

Taylor English’s construction team consists of seasoned attorneys with construction, engineering and project management experience and former senior in-house counsels. The team supports the real estate development, construction and building industry in both commercial and government contracting. The firm serves clients through contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, pro-active and strategic handling of claims and bid protests, and deep experience in the government procurements process. Taylor English serves clients at every level of the construction industry, including owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, engineers, developers, subcontractors, and architects.

CLSA is an invitation-only construction lawyer honorary society with membership limited to 1,200 practicing fellows from the United States and internationally. The mission of the organization is to recognize deserving, experienced and highly qualified lawyers, and to provide an outlet for scholarly authorship of legal articles on construction practice.
