Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Lauren Parsons Langham as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Langham, who is based in Jacksonville, Florida, brings more than 27 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm and enhances the capabilities of Taylor English to serve sophisticated real estate clients in Florida.

Her knowledge of complex finance and investment transactions in the commercial real estate space will also be a tremendous asset to our clients.”
Langham has a comprehensive commercial real estate practice. Key practice areas include lease review, drafting and negotiation with an emphasis on retail and office, loan work-outs and restructures, purchase and sale contracts and closings, and commercial real estate loan documentation.
Langham serves as local counsel in multi-state transactions, and her practice includes complex Florida documentary stamp and intangible tax analysis.
Additionally, her practice includes real estate components of mergers and acquisitions, secured transactions-based lending, and bulk sales, including management and supervision of other legal counsel. Langham also serves as local counsel to asset and investment managers and servicers.
Representative clients include financial institutions, government and private businesses and real estate investors.
Langham has recently been appointed to the Jacksonville Housing & Community Development Commission. She is actively involved with ULI North Florida and the Jacksonville Women’s Network and is a member and former president of CREW Jacksonville. She volunteers with Learn to Read and Feeding Northeast Florida.
Langham earned her undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Florida.
