Taylor English Welcomes Ryan K. Owens

Taylor English Duma LLP is pleased to welcome Ryan K. Owens as a member of the firm’s Corporate practice group.

Owens has more than 18 years of experience and has advised a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 500 corporations, start-ups, private equity funds and international businesses. In his corporate practice, Owens works with his clients on complex mergers and acquisitions and on a broad range of commercial, intellectual property, and technology transactions, including domestic and international joint ventures, supply, licensing and distribution agreements, and other strategic alliances. In the process, he focuses on the client’s business objectives, keeping an eye out for reducing expenses and applying sound business advice to obtain the best and most efficient result in each transaction. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and his law degree from the University of Southern California School of Law.
