“We are thrilled to welcome Tres and Reggie to the Taylor English team,” said Marc Taylor, a founding partner of Taylor English. “With more than 40 years of combined experience, they bring a robust background and depth of knowledge in the litigation and real estate arenas. Tres and Reggie expand the firm’s ability to provide our clients with the best possible service and strengthen our capacity to handle complex transactions and disputes.”

Dye has more than 19 years of experience in transactional law. His practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, and he has extensive experience representing owners and developers in the acquisition and development of multi-family, office, retail, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Additionally, Dye has assisted clients with complex commercial lending transactions with lenders and borrowers, including corporate M&A, real estate finance, and single and multi-state transactions.

Outside of his practice, Dye served as the Vice Chairman, and later as the Chairman, of the City of Atlanta Zoning Review Board.  Dye has also served as a board member of the City of Atlanta and Fulton County Recreation Authority. Dye is currently the Vice Chair of the Board for the Historic District Development Corporation.

Snyder also provides pre-litigation guidance to commercial real estate clients regarding drafting lease amendments and complying with applicable municipal, county, and state ordinances. He has litigated disputes for a wide range of clients across multiple states, including Alabama, Georgia, and Texas.
