Taylor English Duma LLP Hires Two Lateral Attorneys

Two attorneys have joined the growing team at Taylor English Duma LLP, firm leadership announced today. Vianney Lopez, of Atlanta, joins as Counsel with the Taylor English Real Estate Department. Associate Nicholas F. McDaniel, also of Atlanta, joins the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.

“The talent of these two individuals will not only benefit our clients, but the entire Taylor English firm,” said Marc Taylor, chair of Taylor English. “We can’t wait to see how they use their expertise and experience to best serve clients as their careers grow.”

Taylor English’s newest members include:

  • Vianney Lopez, Counsel with Taylor English’s Real Estate Department, represents a wide range of clients across the country. She has extensive experience advising clients through each step of construction projects for retail, multifamily, mixed-used, hospitality, industrial, and brownfield properties. Prior to joining Taylor English, Lopez worked as an associate for Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and Smith, Currie & Hancock, LLP. She earned her law degree at University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, received a Master’s degree from Lehman College, and received her undergraduate degree at Yale. Lopez is a member of the Georgia Bar Association. The Best Lawyers in America© included her on its prestigious Ones to Watch List for 2021-2022.
  • Nicholas McDaniel joins the Taylor English team as an Associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. His expertise covers a variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, product liability and consumer protection litigation, complex tort litigation, class action litigation, and more. Prior to joining Taylor English, McDaniel was an associate at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP and Schiff Hardin LLP. McDaniel is a member of the Georgia Bar Association. He earned his law degree from Emory University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
