Reimagining the Office as a "Collaboration Destination"

An organization that takes the view of the reimagined office environment should have a competitive advantage in the war for talent. It recognizes the continuing importance of the office as "a" workplace, but not the sole or perhaps even default workplace. It will serve as a place of purpose -- collaboration among colleagues. Culture is preserved and fostered.
