The Federal Judge in the DC District Court has placed a hold on the ruling vacating the CDC eviction moratorium to consider an appeal by the Justice Department.
In Atlanta a case on the CDC Moratorium with the 11th Circuit Federal Appeals Court is scheduled for oral arguments on May 14.
